The total no. of flats approved are 1271 (including EWS) & the building plan is approved vide memo no. ZP-416/JD(DK)2012/11219 dated 27/06/12. There is a provision of 1 nursery school, 1 primary school, community building & shopping area. Note- Approvals can be checked in the colonizerĀ“s office.
